Albertshoeve in Castricum consists of a strip development with a green zone running diagonally through it. A design was created for one of the triangular plots created by this arrangement at the ends. To maximize the location, 22 apartments are arranged in two strips on the periphery around a communal atrium. Each apartment is optimized for sunlight, views, and available space. The interior walls of the atrium are clad with sound-absorbing white wooden panels that reflect the light entering through the roof and brighten the atrium.
